Bounce Modular Fabric

Brief:

Modular fabric that can be used for mutilple design solutions for the circular Ikego project.

Why Beads?

Silicone and wooden beads proved to be the most accessible and versatile. Unlike the hexagon beads that were complicated to string together, The process of connecting the beads and expanding the fabric is easy to learn, making it DIY friendly. This makes it a circular design; therefore, easy to upgrade, reuse, and repair.

One simple pattern is used to create four different projects. We encourage users to come up with something new!


 

Massage properties

Reflexology is a massage method used for centuries to trigger pressure points in the feet. The practice is believed to help relieve stress, chronic pain, and more. 

Ikego massage shoes trigger these pressure points when the user stands and walks in them.
